About Advanced Consensus

A clinical bridge to advanced molecular testing

AC is a coordination company, not a laboratory.

Testing is performed by internationally accredited reference laboratory partners. AC's role is to ensure the right test reaches the right lab, the sample travels safely, and the result comes back in a form that is clinically useful.

Advanced Consensus was built to close the gap between what advanced molecular testing can do and what is practically accessible to clinicians and institutions in the region. Precision oncology, rare disease genomics, prenatal screening, and pharmacogenetics have transformed diagnosis and treatment — but only when the right test is chosen, properly collected, and correctly interpreted.

The barriers are rarely about willingness. They are about knowing which assay is appropriate for a given indication, understanding specimen and logistical requirements, navigating overseas laboratory workflows, and translating a highly technical report into a clinical decision. AC was designed specifically to remove those barriers.

The service model is built around physicians and institutions, not individual patients. Ordering happens through clinicians, who retain responsibility for indication, consent, and clinical follow-up. AC handles the operational and scientific complexity between the clinical question and the report.

Clinical utility before test volume
Responsible, physician-guided ordering
International capability with local accountability
Clear interpretation, not raw data delivery

The model

How Advanced Consensus works

A four-part service model designed to make advanced testing operationally practical and clinically responsible.

Curated global access

AC maintains tested pathways to a curated network of internationally accredited reference laboratories — CAP, CLIA, and ISO-certified — covering molecular oncology, rare disease, prenatal, chromosomal, and preventive genomics.

Local clinical coordination

Every test request moves through a single, reachable local team. Sample logistics, form completion, specimen requirements, and shipment handling are managed so ordering clinicians do not need to coordinate directly with overseas laboratories.

Interpretation support

Reports return from the reference laboratory in technical form. AC frames findings in clinical context — highlighting actionable variants, noting limitations, and supporting next steps in oncology, rare disease, or reproductive genetics cases.

Institutional partnerships

Hospitals and clinical laboratories can expand their advanced testing menu through a managed send-out model, with client-specific workflows, portal access for ordering teams, and consistent reporting standards.
