Effective date: June 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Advanced Consensus website. This Site is intended for licensed healthcare professionals and institutions operating in a clinical or institutional capacity.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using advancedconsensus.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Intended audience
The Site is designed for licensed healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinical laboratories, and medical institutions. Information on this Site is presented at a professional level and assumes a clinical or scientific background. It is not intended for self-diagnosis, self-referral, or unsupervised use by patients.
3. No medical advice
Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, a clinical recommendation, or a substitute for professional medical judgment. Test descriptions, indications, and turnaround times are provided for general informational purposes only. Decisions about ordering, interpreting, and acting on genetic and molecular testing results must be made by qualified healthcare professionals in the context of individual patient care.
4. Testing is physician-guided
Advanced Consensus offers diagnostic testing coordination services intended for use only through licensed physicians and healthcare institutions. Direct-to-consumer ordering is not available through this Site. Test access for patients is facilitated through their treating clinician or institutional pathway.
5. Test availability
The tests described on this Site reflect the menu available at the time of publication and may change without notice. Availability may vary based on specimen requirements, regulatory considerations, or reference laboratory capacity. Contact Advanced Consensus to confirm current availability before ordering.
6. Accreditations and reference laboratories
Diagnostic testing referenced on this Site is performed by third-party reference laboratories, not by Advanced Consensus. Accreditations listed (such as CAP, CLIA, or ISO certifications) are held by those reference laboratories. Advanced Consensus serves as a clinical coordination intermediary and does not itself hold laboratory accreditation for the tests listed.

All content on this Site — including text, layout, design, and test menu organisation — is the property of Advanced Consensus or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission.
8. External links
This Site may contain links to third-party websites (including reference laboratory partners). These links are provided for informational purposes only. Advanced Consensus does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Advanced Consensus disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information on this Site. Advanced Consensus shall not be liable for any damages arising from reliance on Site content or from errors, omissions, or interruptions in Site availability.
